A day in the life.
As our Compliance & Regulatory Analyst on the McGriff Specialty Team , you'll provide compliance and regulatory services to McGriff teammates. Areas of responsibility may include carrier/intermediary approval and contracting, broker service agreements (fee agreements), outside producer agreements, business associate agreements (BAAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), carrier appointments, and other compliance and market conduct matters.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build internal relationships and problem solve accordingly
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member with minimal guidance
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze complex compliance issues, evaluate risks, and develop effective solutions
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory documents and agreements
• Ability to work autonomously
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Insurance industry knowledge and experience with various lines of coverage (Commercial, Personal, Employee Benefits, Title, etc.)

MMAMCG
The applicable base salary range for this role is $53,400 to $99,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
